Can I take homeopathy medicines Damiaplant for my erectile dysfunction problem. I am a heart patient my aortic valve was change in 2004 and I take daily warfarin sodium continue for life long for control my blood INR ratio. Please advise me.

Yes you can take it. Damiaplant is used as aphrodisiac and tonic. It treats erectile dysfunction, impotency, depression and weakness. It has no known side effects uptill now, however the product is contra indicated for patients with serious liver or alcohol problem as it contains alcohol.

I am POST AVR patient in 2004. My problem is Premature ejaculation and Erectile dysfunction for many years and this problem now my panic and frustration. I regular take warfarin sodium continue for life long for my blood PT test INR Ratio. Can I take Damiaplant for my problem? Please advice me.

No need for taking Damiaplant along with your ongoing medication and you will have to meet a psychiatrist for medication on ED.

Xarelto dosing can be adjusted if there are kidney problems but certainly not contraindicated. However, exact dosing needs to be calculated based on his creatinine clearance (a measurement used to define kidney function). My father got a heart attack in Dec, 2013.He is now 55 year old. After the 2 months of heart attack, he stopped english medicine and started using homeopathy for 4 months which in turn lead to a lv apical clot. He used warfarin for 7 months and the clot dissolved. So,he discontinued warfarin. Again a lv apical clot formed in Jan ,2017 and again he started using warfarin for 15 months (with different dosages. But the clot remained the same and did not get dissolve. As warfarin has many diet instructions he started using Dabigatran from May ,2018 to till now. But the clot is same and did not dissolve. Now the problem is from 2 months he has been suffering from headache (disappeared after a month, neck and back pain. I searched in google and found that one the major side effects from dabigatran is headache ,neck and back pains. Is it true and should be the dabigatran be discontinued? In the Neurology report it is found that not made of perineural cyst in spinal cord causing scalloping of s2 body. What does that mean exactly?

Your father has a cyst near the spinal cord and may need surgery and the clot is not easily dissolvable and may need angioplasty or bypass surgery.

My uncle has a dvt (since oct 2022) in his right leg near the knee. He is currently being treated with warfarin. He started developing a boil like sore on the area where the dct is located, it has opened up now and it's oozing yellow fluid. A new sore has started just above that. The area surrounding it, is very red and inflamed and hard.
