Vitamin K, when taken in excess can also cause uncontrolled bleeding. Taking anti-coagulants is no solution for clot formation. The best treatment I think is Homoeopathy which will also include your Psychic, Mental and Physical statuses.

Yes. Continue to check INR monthly, so that you can be sure. There is govt policy that all vitamin pills should have composition which does not interfere with warfarin.
