You have only mentioned about the treatment being taken, but there is no mention of current fasting, PP glucose levels and HbA1c%. Ideally Fasting should be < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8. As regards dapagliflozin and vildagliptin+ metformin combination usage, both these (dapagliflozin & vildagliptin) are totally different drugs. One can not be substituted for the other.
