Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
When blood glucose is not well controlled, there is a possibility of loosing glucose through urine. This causes excess urination, weight loss and tired feeling. You have only mentioned about the treatment being taken, but there is no mention of current fasting, PP glucose levels and HbA1c%. Ideally Fasting should be < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8. In that situation there is no weight loss or excess urination. Thanks.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
From the glucose levels mentioned (both fasting & PP) your treatment appears to be good. It is also necessary to know the HbA1c%, which should be < 6.8%. As regards giving a diet I need to know current diet, extent of daily exercise being done, lipid profile etc. Then only I will be able to give the same. Thanks.

Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query.
I have seen the query. However, there is no mention of how the glucose levels are controlled. It is essential to know fasting & pp levels as well as hba1c% before any comment can be made or any suggestion is given. As regards dapagliflozin and vildagliptin+ metformin combination usage, both these (dapagliflozin & vildagliptin) are totally different drugs. One can not be substituted for the other. Mode actions are totally different. Thanks.
