Seems like you have allergic rhinitis. Only definitive treatment is avoid allergen exposure. Some other medication can be tried used both orally and intranasally. Intranasal treatment can control symptoms to a greater extent with little risk of side effects of oral medications. Can message privately for further advice on this issue.

Treatment depends on the severity. Fungal infection or ring worm. When occurs in groin, called as jock itch. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds. Hi,
Take tab. Septillin 2-0-2 after food and Rhinorin Lehya 1 tsf twice daily followed by milk for 3 months continuously. Take Immunocin 1 tab. Twice a day for 3 months to gain immunity in the body. Avoid cold and refrigerated food. Avoid sweets and oil fried food. Perform Pranayama daily in the morning for 10-15 mins.
