Don’t worry .. it could be a lump from the previous hurt u had or cyclical period pain. That is if ur periods are about to start then also u ll have pain in the breast sometime .
If u don’t have family history of cancers , no need to worry much .
Just get a mammography to rule out .

It could bedue to deficiency of Vitamin D3. Get your blood examined for vitamin D3 and consult doctor with report for advice and treatment.

Get your vitamin d levels checked and get an x-ray of the neck. If there is pain radiating to the limbs with numbness only then get mri.
