Sad that you are suffering from pain if your radiological report (x-ray, mri) etc. Are normal than your pain is mechanical i.e. Because of muscle or posture problem. I would suggest you visit the nearest physical therapy clinic. A physiotherapist is an expert in dealing with such kind of mechanical low back pain. If you don't have physical therapy clinic nearby

Self medication is the worst thing one can do to oneself. If you think just by asking medicine your problems will go away, that is not going to happen. If you really want to get back to normal life, I would suggest you to visit an orthopedic specialist ,who would examine you and then would prescribe you a medicine/ exercise or both, may be xray would be required. Please don't harm yourself like this.

Body pain
You need to improve the tone of the muscles in a rhythmical manner. If you do that with proper diet restriction nothing will happen to you. Body pain is there after gym activity due to tiredness and you need to consume good protein and iron diet in your body which will help you to break the fatigue and body pain.
