Hello.
To answer your 2 different concerns pl (without knowing why you have been prescribed budesonide for lung? Long term or short term use?).
Budesonide and arvs- since you are using darunavir/ritonavir combo along with budesonide, it would be advisable to avoid budesonide use as its level may get increased, be it in any form, inhaler or spray, by ritonavir.
The preferred alternative is beclamethasone.

Please see about your 3 issues.
Pep- drugs used or not the recommended regimens, as per your info (tdf and raltegravir, generic name). 3 drugs or recommended for effective pep.
The hiv test - done at 3 days after exposure is invalid as even nuclic acid tests can not give valid results before 10 days of hiv infection.
Side effects- could b a possibility.
It would be good if you please consult in pvt an hiv specialist to guide you well before its too late.more

It's cause of concern that your insulin is not acting to neutralize the sugar while you are taking good medicines prescribed by your experience doctor. This is non response of drugs. It's not fault in treatment by your doctor. I would suggest the support of ayurveda medicine as support to your current medicine. Both won't counteract with each other. Observing the response of this integrative approach, further directions would be decided.
If you agree, I would mention the first phase of safe,...more

However treatment is available to arrest the liver damage and subsequent development of cirrhosis of liver/carcinoma of liver. If the virus persists after 6 months it is known as chronic hepatitis b. 30-90% of patient suffering from chronic hepatitis b subsequently develop cirrhosis of liver/carcinoma of liver if not t...more

It seems there is somebody trying to misguide u. And this is happening a lot. Some doctors are charging between 20000 to 50000 for pep. There is no role of q10 and kumrin.
If risk is minimal even raltegravir is not required.
You are taken for a ride.
Please take private consult with audio video chat and then I can guide you properly and explain you what is to be done.

You can do all kinds of exercises. In fact it would help your health. As far as Hep B is concerned, you are already on medicine which you may have to continue lifelong.
