Asked for female, 27 years old from Hyderabad

My baby is 15 days old still she is not drinking breast milk. She is almost on formula milk which I want to avoid completely. I try to give breast milk by using breast pump whenever possible. But I want to feed my baby only with breast milk. Problem is I'm not getting much milk production. Its almost very very less. I am unable to feed her fully even one time in a day even after using lactare tab. Also baby is not directly drinking breast milk. Please guide how I can increase my milk production to fully provide my milk to baby without giving formula milk and how to help baby to directly start sucking my milk directly without using breast pump and bottles to feed breast milk.

Take tab reglan 1tds for a week. check your nipples, are they small? If they are, than try to stretch them. Put your baby on ur breast as frequently as possible. Learn proper breastfeeding technique as sometimes baby is not able to breathe during feed.

It is related to her age and movement of stomach is slow at this age causing bloating. Omez capsule and metoclopramide tab may help.

Hi sir this Rajesh 24 years male. Im having stomach problem from 1 year and my stomach is full filled with gas and my getting stomach bloating. Because of stomach bloating im getting little pain. And I took treatment but no use of that. Even If had little rice and if took water and all also im feeling like my stomach is full and within 30minutes my stomach fill with air and started bloating, Because of this my not at all comfortable and feeling somewhat. And im passing heavy air. So im requesting you please suggest me permanent solution for this GAS and STOMACH BLOATING. With this STOMACH BLOATING im not at all comfortable.

YOu have to avoid fgs forming and spicy foods and take timely meals and avoid alcohol and smoking . Do mild exercises and belly exercises. If needed you can add Reglan and Omez tablets

Hello Dr. I would like to relactate my baby who is now 7 months. Since, 2 1/2 months I stopped breast feeding. Even if he does not want to latch again, I would be very glad if I could give him breast milk during feeds. I really want to breast feed again. It's my third baby. Due to lack of information I quit breast feeding very early. My milk has dried up, but I'm trying to pump, using spectra s1 double electric pump, to bring my supply back. But, still nothing. Not even a drop. Hope you can help me!

herbs: fenugreek, blessed thistle, and ordinary oatmeal can all be helpful in increasing supply
- drugs: as a last resort, Reglan and Domperidone are prescription drugs which are sometimes used off-label to increase milk supply. Both have additional side-effects and are not right for every mom, so speak to your healthcare provider before taking either one.

Am getting burning sensation in the stomach after my meal, not able to sleep during night time because of the burning sensation.The irritation getting subside after having Gelusil. Its been there for more than 3 weeks. Because of this not feeling hungry in the morning and not able to eat properly.

Tab Rabeprazole 20mg once daily (morning/empty stomach) for three weeks
syrup Sucralfate 3 tsp 10minutes before meals)for 10days
Tablet metoclopramide 10mg once daily for 3days
Avoid spices, tea, coffee,smoking
take meals at time. Don't do fasting

If not resolved in three days:--
Seek some medicine specialist help

Why do I burp all the time. I have even done my endoscopy it shows mild antral gastritis. I took pause antacids but nothing seems to work. I belch almost 40 times a day.

Probably you are having lax esophageal sphincter leading to gastro esophageal reflux disease. Take tablet metoclopramide 10 mg 2 to 3 times daily or tablet acotiamide 100 mg 3 times daily for 15 days.

I am a 29 year old.I fell burning inside my stomach all the time since i get up.I do not feel hungry even if i have had no breakfast or lunch.I feel hungry only 1 time in 24 hrs at night.Also in the morning i go to the washroom twice with a gap of 1 to 2 hours. Pls help

Meet the doctor.
Do a short course of Tablet Rabeprazole 20 mg once daily (empty stomach) for 4 weeks, tablet Metoclopramide 10 mg once daily for 1week.
Avoid spices, morning tea, alcohol,cigarettes
Increase salad,fibre in your diet
Prefer curd than milk
