Avoid any triggering factor, take folic acid regularly, eat a healthy diet, always be stress free, exercise regularly and if there is a known history of allergy in food than it needs to be avoided but as of now in eating dairy products if a person is suffering from auto immune disease.

Hello Doctor, My Mother is suffering with heavy cough and we have consulted doctor and he told that my mother" Right Lung" has damaged, hence she is Coughing. He suggested below medicines. Even after taking medicines she is coughing daily (from last 10 years on wards she is suffering the same problem) Doctor please provide the solution if there any treatment (surgery) to recover the lung and to get rid of cough. Yes it is safe. Minimum requirement is 400 mcg but there is tablet with that strength. You can take becosules safely. Other preparations have 5 mg of folic acid which should be combined with vit b12.
