Whenever you describe a child's disease her weight is a must to suggest dosage of medicines. If you can buy medicines there without your gp's prescription you give her emeset (ondansetron) syrup 205 ml and inform me. If she still feeds from bottle you must stop bottle and feed her with glass or cup, no matter how much you sterilise the bottle/

The problem of nausea and vomiting can be there till 3 months by which the body adjusts to the hormonal levels. Some Tablets of Ondansetron if already not given can be tried with Doxilamine succinate. You need consultation because a few patients may require IV fluids because of dehydration. A basic sonography and blood reports are must.

It may be a sign of acute gastroenteritis. She may develop diarrhoea on the next day. Give plenty of home available fluids & if vomiting continues you can give vomikind syrup 2.5 ml once & repeat after 6 hours if it recurs.
