Doctor I give whiskas to all my cats, & my cat when he vomits he take out all the food which he has eaten. I have given him ondem syrup but still the condition is same he eats food drink water then vomits.

Profuse watery stools are signs of viral diahrrea.
Antibiotics should not have been prescribed to your child.
Viral diahrrea are self limiting hence if baby is active playing well and urine output is good then no need to worry about diahrrea.
It will stop. I would suggest give max ors.

The prescription is fairly good but as your daughter had diarrhoea it is not suitable for her and in fact we avoid using Ciprofloxacin in children if feasible . But you have not told the condition for which it was given

Term baby? Birth weight? Most probably gastroesophageal reflux disease. If weight gain is adequate nothing to worry. If weight gain is not adequate for age then evaluate for a gastroesophageal disease first try medical management if not controlled surgical management. But most of the time gastroesophageal reflex it is normal and continues up to 6 months up to semisolid food introduce.
