Hello, Vomikind contains ondansetron which according to few studies may increase the risk of cleft palate in pregnancy, however this drug is often used in pregnancy but it should not be used as first line drug for nausea and vomiting more so in first 12 weeks.
The first line drug should be a combination of doxylamine and pyridoxine.

Hi lybrate-user, sorry to hear about your vomiting. To decrease the frequency of vomiting, avoid oil and spicy food, heavy meals and give a gap of 1-2 hours after a meal and a nap. You can try Tab. Ondem MD before food. Place on tongue and let it dissolve.

It's desirable that you take combination of doxylamine and pyridoxine for treatment of nausea and vomiting of pregnancy.
However in severe cases zofer may be used.

The first step in dehydration is to hydrate the patient.
Start ors.
And for treatment consultation is required
stop experimenting with random advice.
