Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details, the glucose levels are very high, suggesting current treatment is not enough, upgrading is required. Plus with a BMI of 34.16 kgs you are carrying an excess of 31 kgs, which is the main hindrance in glucose control. Ideally in well controlled person fasting glucose should be < 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c ℅ < 6.8. Therefore, please consult your physician or diabetoligist and get upgraded treatment. If you want me to guide please come with...more

As I psychiatrist I believe you should not be drinking alcohol at all. However, if you are obligated to do so for any reason, there is no need to skip your tablet for diabetes if you are planning on having a meal as well before during or after consumption of alcohol. Since I do not know more about the reason for your question this is all I can say for now,...more

Hello Mam. Understood your query. I would like to ask you what are the timings of your daily breakfast and lunch. If the gap is too long, try having a small brunch between 10: 30 - 11 am. You will not get tremors. Is it associated with anxiety, sweating also? Please try the above remedy and see the difference. Thank you. Wishing you good health.
