Hello lybrate user, - what you are doing is only temporary relief
- look at the cause what is actually giving you that pain
- maintain always errect posture while traveling/sitting etc - avoid heavy lifting
- do some physical exercise to make your muscles and joints flexible
- apply mahanarayana taila before bath to come out of this pain for now. Thank you.

Dear abhi. You in 12 years and legs in pain. So sad of you. But do not worry. Take calcium and vitamin test. As per reports you can take treatment. As of now at home
apply heat fermentation and do leg excercises.

= relax and stay positive.
= do streching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles.
= consult physiotherapist.
If still you dont get relief consult physiotherapist as there are various causes for leg/ joint pain and some test may be required for further investigation.
