Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given. The glucose levels mentioned are too low and pretty dangerous. There is a need to reduce one of the drugs being taken. If the patient is 74 years old, then Glibeclamide (Glynase) needs to be discontinued as it has very long duration of action (over 16 hours) hence in older persons it tends to cause severe hypoglycemia.
