The dose of medicine is to be reviewed after talking 5-6 readings of the blood sugar levels.

What's your fasting with medications? also hba1c level, if that is 6 plus, then you can continue the same.

I will suggest you to take tablet fertisure-m once a day for two months and make sure to have a controlled blood sugar levels.

In a known case of diabetic we need to control sugar levels with medication, aerobic exercise and following a diabetic diet.

As of now Take tablet folvite 5mg once a day and tablet vitaminD (60000iu) once a week for six months and do pranayam daily
