Mr Sooraj Kumar,, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the query, there is absolutely no information on glucose levels (fasting & PP) plus HbA1c%. Plus I also need to know dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, lipid profile (recent or earlier), serum creatinine and urea values, plus BP readings. On going through all those details only I will be able to give some opinion. Even in the present information
I not able to understand what is the meaning of " half mg of gliptin" as there...more

There could be several reasons of constipation. Vitamins generally have a mild laxative effect so that should not be the reason. I hope your thyroid profile has been done. If not please consult your treating doctor for the same. For constipation, take plenty of fluids, high fibre diet and hot milk at bedtime.

Musk melon and watermelon are high glycemic index fruits and should be avoided by diabetic pt. Because they increase blood sugar rapidly when ingested. For hypoglycemia consult your physician who will reduce some medicine or will do other modefication. Try to find out timing of hypoglycemia and tell to your doctor.

Mr. lybrate-user, Please understand for diabetes only treatment option available is in modern medicine, either oral anti-diabetes tablets and/or Insulin injections. So please shift back to appropriate drugs as earlier. However, it is essential to look at what dosage of the tablets or Insulin has to be given. Plus please check HbA1c% and come back in a private conversation, where I will be able to guide specifically. As in this communication I am supposed to give only general guidelines. Thanks.
