Thanks for the query.
Both fasting and Pp blood glucose levels mentioned are very high. It appears that present medication (particularly Insulin) is not adequate. It may have to be increased. Plus a look has to be given to his diet and extent of daily physical activity. You may have to first target his fasting level and bring it down to 110 mg or so by adjusting nigh insulin dosage. Hello-
follow these points for blood sugar control-
a) avoid day sleep.
B) avoid over eating, non-vegetarian diet, rice, potato and dairy products.
C) take evening meals before 7 pm.
D) walk at least 100 yards or sit in vajrasana position after meals.
E) go for morning walk or kapal bhati pranayam early morning.
F) physical exertion and increase sweating will help in diabetes.
G) avoid small meals like break fast and supper, instead go for two heavy meals.

Most important is diet and exercise. Please go for these very religiously. And keep on checking your sugar monthly. HbA1c after 3 months.
