I am sure you must have seen the ingredients of both these tablets. There is hardly any difference as glycomet trio 2 contains voglibose 0.2 mg & the other tablet has voglibose 0.3 mg. So there is hardly any difference. Both tablets have similar effect. Most important is you should be able to maintain your fbg < 100 mg or closer to it. Pp 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%. Check your fasting blood sugar along with after food with hba1c with serum creatinine level. Then can suggest. Do you have any heart issues along with high blood pressure or thyroid problems too?
