I am sure you must have seen the ingredients of both these tablets. There is hardly any difference as glycomet trio 2 contains voglibose 0.2 mg & the other tablet has voglibose 0.3 mg. So there is hardly any difference. Both tablets have similar effect. Most important is you should be able to maintain your fbg < 100 mg or closer to it. Pp 150 to 160 mg & hba1c% < 6.5%. Ciplox is an anti-bacterial agent, used to treat various bacterial infections. It has got no role in diabetes treatment. With a HbA1c% of 9.7 you have an uncontrolled diabetes. This needs appropriate drug treatment plus diet control and regular exercise. Looking at your height an weight the ideal body weight should be about 65 kgs. So there is a need to reduce that.
