Pedal edema is a common side effect with calcium channel blockers. Alternate would be metoprolol or a thiazide diuretic. Avoid beta blockers if you're an asthmatic. Common side effects of beta blockers are tremors and postural hypotension.
Thiazide diuretic would be ideal if no other contraindication.
Do consult your physician with detailed history.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Some patients may develop swelling in lower limbs due to retention of water and sodium following intake of certain NSAIDs like diclofenac. It could be due to not tolerating that drug. So it is better she avoids it. First thing is stop the drug and if needed some antihistaminic may be used. Swelling will go away after stopping the drug. Henceforth, she should avoid using that compound again. Thanks.

. To make hair grow you need to stimulate, moisturize, and cleanse. Use a soft bristle scrub brush for the face and use circular motions using a eucalyptus, menthol, and/or peppermint type cleanser or lotion. The invigoration of the brush and cleanser/moisturizer will wake up that hair follicles and gives them a signal to produce.

- avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc
- take an analgesic like diclofenac or something which suits your body for 5-7 days
- take muscle relaxant for same time as analgesic to relieve muscle spasm
