Best way to deal with your lower back pain is:
1. Tuck your tummy in while standing, walking, sitting and other movements along with continous breathing patterns. This is a natural way to contract core muscle responsible for back support
2. Avoid bending forwards and sitting for a longer time to minimize further stress on back
