The window period of HIV can be from 10 days to 3 months so need to repeat test if done after 93 days
(The window period is time between potential exposure to HIV infection and the point when the test will give an accurate result. During the window period a person can be infected with HIV and be very infectious but still test HIV negative.)

Thanks for the query.
I have gone through the details given, as far as I know, there are no studies about the effect of alcohol on antibodies to HIV infection. Basically diabetes makes a person more susceptible to any infection. In case of HIV already bodies immune system is badly compromised. Thanks.

If there are bleeding points on both sides then only transmission of hiv can occur. Go for hiv testing 42 days after exposure by combo duo test.
