Why do you want to skip omnacortil? Because it is a steroid?
Omnacortil can be taken for short duration, dose too is not high.
Do not stop it abruptly if you have taken it for more than a week
maxmala can cause sleep/drowsiness if taken in morning. Once a day at night should be enough.

Hello, Thanks for the query. To control neuropathic pain it is essential to achieve a strict glucose control first. Fasting glucose < 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg, HbA1c % < 6.8. There are drugs along with the injectors that are being taken like Pragabalin Another important aspect is your excess weigh, with a BMI of 29.53 kvs/ Sq meter you are close to being grade 1 obese. That needs to be reduced. Your ideal body weight needs to be around 60 KGS. So please look at that aspect. Thanks.
