Hello, Gaining weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition.

You need B12 supplements only if you are vegetarian. Because B12 is present mainly in animal foods. Apple cider vinegar is good as it boosts your metabolism. You can also add it to salads instead of having it in empty stomach.
If you want to take both in the morning, you can very well take it. No issues.

Hello, Thanks for the query. To control neuropathic pain it is essential to achieve a strict glucose control first. Fasting glucose < 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg, HbA1c % < 6.8. There are drugs along with the injectors that are being taken like Pragabalin Another important aspect is your excess weigh, with a BMI of 29.53 kvs/ Sq meter you are close to being grade 1 obese. That needs to be reduced. Your ideal body weight needs to be around 60 KGS. So please look at that aspect. Thanks.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user,
ideally, your doctor who prescribed the medication is the one who you should discuss this issue with. Mostly optineuron is used in cases of nutritional deficiency and other times in specific cases with neurological issues. However optineuron injection is a multivitamin injection commonly administered once a week and has a higher concentration of the drugs than those available in tablet form. You may safely take one optineuron forte tab on a daily basis in the morning after food instead of the injection during this period of the pandemic or till such time you are able to discuss with your own doctor.

Why do you want to skip omnacortil? Because it is a steroid?
Omnacortil can be taken for short duration, dose too is not high.
Do not stop it abruptly if you have taken it for more than a week
maxmala can cause sleep/drowsiness if taken in morning. Once a day at night should be enough.
