2. Enrich diet with protein. 3. Do warm coconut oil massage. Take coconut oil and heat it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage your scalp with this hot oil for a few minutes.
4. Avoid brushing wet hair. 5. Keep yourself hydrated. 6. Put on a shower cap for an hour then shampoo your hair. It helps to stop hair loss and promote hair growth.

Biotin has no role in treating IBS. Because it’s water-soluble, extra biotin will simply pass through your body when you urinate. While most people can handle biotin supplements, some people report mild side effects like nausea and digestive issues. There are no known toxicity symptoms associated with too much biotin. So best not to take it.

Hi, Biotin is vitamin B7 which is a water soluble vitamin. Biotin is a part of the B-Complex multivitamin supplement too. However if you have hair fall issues then you can use Biotin supplement.

Biotin is vitamin b 7 generally vitamin b is water soluble and excess would be lost in urine.
So side effect won't occur.
But it is better not to take excess vitamins
eat healthy food containing enough vitamins.

Dear Lybrateuser,
- you can take but avoid intake of supplements as they are not of much help unless known deficiency is there rather have a well balanced diet which provides the various vitamins & minerals & are absorbed better from the gut with out causing any side effects.

Hello, yes you can take biotin supplements and also follow the below:-
You should take a homeopathic tincture called Arnica Montana and mix 1 tsp in 1/2 cup of water and apply upon the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor movement technique.
Take Sulphur 200, 5 drops once in a week.
Take pituitarinum 1x, 1 tablet daily for 15 days.
Repeat the process every third day .
Revert me after 1 month.

Vitamin e and biotin supplements are good to consume. But, the dose should be as prescribed by a doctor or dietitian. Vitamin e ideally not more than 1000 mg/day and biotin not more than 30 mcg/day. But these are just for references, however, you should consult an expert before taking these.
No supplement is a replacement for natural good foods. Dry fruits are good source of vitamins and minerals, do make it a part of your daily healthy diet.
