Dear Lybrateuser,
- you can take but avoid intake of supplements as they are not of much help unless known deficiency is there rather have a well balanced diet which provides the various vitamins & minerals & are absorbed better from the gut with out causing any side effects.

Dear lybrate-user
though you should not take it daily, you need not worry yet. Please have lots of water, and avoid foods and multivitamins containing calcium and vitamin d for some time. Please mention why you were prescribed vitamin d.if theres no urgency you may leave it for a month and restart.
Please consult a physician for more details if required.
