Hello. Our liver stores vit b 12 for long times. So if your current level is not very low, I don't think that you must take full course of injections.

Early morning 4-5 soaked almonds and I Walnut. Morning tea: 1 cup tea with 2 biscuits Breakfast: 1 katorie milk porridge / Upma/veg Bambino/veg cheela 11 am fruits. Lunch: 2 chapati with 1 k vegetable, 1 k dal or nonveg or eggs, 1 plate. 4 pm: tea with snacks. 6 pm: snacks. 8 pm: 1-2 chapati, 1 k vegetable and 1 glass milk at bedtime.
