For vitamin D theres no good source other than sunlight..expose your bare body to sunlight daily for atleast 20to 30min..early morning sunrays are preferable..
With that you can eat foods or supplements fortified with vitamin D,like orange juices,cheese,some other dairy items

Egg yolks have enough of vit D too..go for soy milk instead of normal milk...

1. Stop consuming vitd3 and calcium tablets and foods rich in these-cheese, fish, eggs, dairy products, dark green vegetables. 2. Drink plenty of water, stay hydrated
