go for tests cbc,mp,widal, ns1,blood c/s, after tests you can take antibiotics medicines by consult a doctor.
Never take asprin medicines in fever now a days.
feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area,

While administering medicines to children, knowing their weight is extremely important to avoid overdosage. Both the formulations mentioned above share some similar side effects and hence it would be prudent to take ventryl suspension (~ 5 ml) orally 2-3 times a day i.e. Every 8 hourly and sinarest syrup 5 ml orally at bedtime.

Dosage is correct, don't doubt on your pediatrician. But in viral upper respiratory infections don't give medicines repeatedly. Home made remedy will all that is required.

Ideally expectorants are not used for infants but still if you are using then dose is 5ml 8 to 12 hourly as per levosalbutamol which is not easy to give.
