If your daughter is experiencing a sore throat or blowing nose it is most commonly due to viral infection, if it is accompanied by fever or severe pain, it usually suggests an infection that needs treatment.
You should seek medical help for early treatment.

Children often suffer form recurrent respiratory infections. Every time an antibiotic is prescribed. Ima warns not to give antibiotics so frequently. As a result, the infection keeps happening and then the child develops cough as the body tries to take out all the mucous of the precious recurrent infections. I strongly recommend not to give any couch syrup as it will just be a temporary suppression. The cough will return again after the suppressive action of the drug is exhausted.
