Good day Doctor, I have a health issue which I have just recently discovered but I have been with it for a while like 5+ years. I have pearly penile papules (ppp) For all that time it has been OK with me thinking that may be my skin is like that. But I read an article on internet and it was expressing it as a skin disorder and some thing of that kind. It showed that men can treat this using home remedies like honey, castor oil, Colgate, hydroxide. Acid, green tree oil and among others to get rid of it. But my concern is that my case is different because I have been with it for a long time and not realising it. I am 25 years old and some times after sex the head of my penis some how is subjected to too much heat. It is like the more I play sex, the more heat I feel plus little pain. They are small in nature in capsule form and not easily identified until my penis erects. What's your advice to me and what action should I take I have not had any medical treatment before, like I said it has just come to my attention yesterday but one. Help me out Should I use home remedies or I need some pills ANY way all is yours Doctor Thanks.

Hi, Lybrate user,
Pearly PP are considered to be a normal variant and are unrelated to sexual activity.
Tk, plenty of water to hydrate your body. Your diet be easily digestible on time, it would be proper to go through an image of your affected part to assess the exact condition of your penis.
Till then take homoeopathic medicine.@ Merc sol 1000-5 drops ,wkly.
Use lubs during sexual coitus.
Tk. Care.
