Whatever we eat is metabolized to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (self-monitoring of blood glucose? smbg). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record.

Please Do following. Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily Do yogasanas and pranayam daily Take salads and fruits more Take milk regularly Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food for few days Continue your current medicine for 3 weeks Add Bhunimbadi kadha by sandu pharma 20 ml twice a day for 3 weeks Reconsult after 3 wks.

1.Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc
2.Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside,
