your diet should be rich in proteins and carbohydrates i.e dairy products,non-veg,fruits(banana,dates,mango,anzeer.)go for gym for 1 hour everyday.after this if your weight remain same.
it means there is some hormonal imbalance you have to go for some medical test i.e thyroid profile.
