Dear dortoc im simon and my age is 31, I has been admitted under medical ward before on 2019 pass two years, it was 1) diagnosed with cold aiha disease with megaloblastic anaemia tro pernicious anaemia and was transfused 3 pint pack cells and 2diagnosed with thyroid storm to hyperthyroidism during admission was given radioactive iodine therapy ,propranolol 40 mg and carbimazole 20 mg and cardio echo enlarged large ventricle, lvef 55%, enlarged left atrium, mild Mr. ,trivial tr with minimal pericardial effusion recently 11/2020 was repeated echo lv enlarged, thickened ivs, lvef 30% grade i, diaslic dysfunction tapse 13 mm rv normal size and function mv, tv,av pv normal no pericardial, pleural effusion seen and hyperthyroidism admission was given bisoprolol 2.5 mg and carbimazole 5 mg daily admission was plan to given 2nd time radioactive iodine therapy ,to control echo not getting worse during covid issue treatment has postpone to april 2021 currently stressful have started back symptom of thyroid storm trouble breathing, chest pain ,and leg swelling, what should I do please advise, is that possible my heart can recover? If no getting worse how long more I can lives?

you are very right about normal range of tsh levels. At 8.5 milli units/ml, with normal t4, the condition is classified as sub- clinical hypothyroidism. This normally is not treated with any drugs. If uterine os is closed (get sono report or pv exam) and there is not much of pain in uterus every day. You can do walking 1 kms. Breasthing exercise. Relxation exercises.
