On date 10 NOv I feel pain in chest with sweating. My cholesterol is 275 My trop T is negative and BP 175/105 which is decrease to 110/75 next day. I am a healthy person but I fill pain which persist. On dated 12 Nov Echo report shows LV dimensions are within normal limit. The overall contractility is adequate except moderately hypo kinetic IVS & BASAL & MID INTERIOR WALL & LV APEX RESULTING IN REDUCTION IN LOW EF. There is evidence of LV DIASTOLIC DYSFUNCTION. THERE IS NO CLOT LA NORMAL AML&PML NORMAL MBA ADEQUATE NO VEGETATION ACCOUNT ALL THREE CUP NORMAL RA & RV NORMAL TV & PV NORMAL Now I want to know is it a heart attack or any thing else. I am a smoker.

So, it was not heart attack. But,If you continue smoking it could possibly be. STOP SMOKING. Take less fat, less sugar, low salt, high fibres diet. You heart is pumping less amount of blood, which could potentially cause myocardial infarction.
Visit Cardiologist as soon as possible.

My gums gave me duvadilan retard tabs while I was 38 weeks pregnant after pv exam saying that my baby was lil transverse so take this every night to relax your uterus to get enough space for the baby to move & correct the position & she also told me to take rest while on this tabs. i took this for 10 days & when my due date reached I was having no pain and no labor symptoms and ended up having section after 2 days. I searched online & found that duvadilan is isoxsuprine which is for delaying labor for some days. Does this mean that I was given these tablets to delay labor and relax my uterus from the contractions & pain and worked as a painkiller to just earn money by doing c-section and eliminating normal delivery bcz I had full chances of normal delivery?

If baby is transverse then there is no chance of normal delivery. Infact your doctor is right to give you time that baby might change the position.

My Dr. gave me duvadilan retard tabs while I was heading 38 weeks of pregnancy after doing a pv exam saying that my baby was lil transverse so take this tabs for 10 days to relax your uterus & so the baby will get enough space to move & wl come to the correct position. Also I was advised to take complete rest for 10 days. I took this as prescribed. Till my due date come n go I had no labor symptoms nd no pain. Dr. gave pitocin injection through iv for some hrs but as no pain nd dilation, stopped iv line and told to walk till night and gave another injection on my side stating it’s for opening uterus. Next morning also no pain nd ended up having c-section. Did I get correct treatment? Was this to delay labor as I had full chances of normal delivery? Was this to relax my contractions nd pain and relax my uterus for section?

she tried so many things, usually transverse lie so late in pregnancy does not change despite of efforts. yes it's correct treatment

My name is vasudha and I would like to inform in govt hospital I was inserted copper t for pregnancy gap but I don't know why in first time few months later it was came into lower end and doctor removed it and again inserted and during first periods after insertion it automatically explosion by own and again I was gone to doctor and last time they inserted but during first period I feel thread even seen to me outside vagina unevenly and after few days I wasn't feel it again when I was gone to doctor for check she said it is not feel in pv and in ultrasound it was not seen doctors behave me rudely and put all blame on me that I removed it by my own how can this possible why I remove it whyy whey and what I achieve by doing this shit without knowing any reason behind this why this happened to me they behave rudely and said go back neijter we give you any copper t service and they forced me to take dimpa dose please help me reason behind this expulsion I only want copper t precaution I totally want it but they are not helping me I have not affordable for much price please help.

Hi lybrate-user you inserted cu t 3-4 times and it expelled out. If it is inserted by gynaecologist in place properly and expelled out I will suggest you to get usg done for competency of int .os

My mother diagnosed with cervical cancer stage 2b. In 14 feb 2020 her treatment started following 25 rays with 4 chemotherapy. After that doctor prescribed 4 session of brachytherapy. But due to lighten she received her treatment after 2 months later on 22 june 2020. After completion of treatment she goes to check up every 3 months 2 mri reports have been done 3 months apart one without contrast & one with contrast. every time she had to go gynecology dept for her pv, ps & pr check up. But last time on apr 20, 2021 in her gynecology report says her parametrium involved but other findings were normal no growth found anywhere. Then doctor prescribed her a whole body pet ct with 18 fdg after 2 months. She is normal and no other symptoms were present. Do you think her cancer is coming back? And do you think she is can be cured from this cancer?

Even in stage IIa, radical hysterectomy removal of the whole uterus, both ovaries ,pelvic lymph node dissection are done. Medial 1/3 of the parametrium on either side, and upper 1/3 of the vagina is also removed. Brachy- therapy followed by external radiotherapy after 5-6 weeks.
