Here is a possibility that your seizure could be a part of your migraine. I would suggest you to manage the migraine well. Valproate can be considered as it can be a migraine prophylaxis as well as anti epileptic. But each individual is different we should try out to find what works best for you.

The situation needs detailed discussion. Valproate can cause problems with development of the baby. But not always valproate will cause problems. On the other hand uncontrolled epilepsy is more dangerous for you and your baby. Majority of the valproate related problems can be diagnosed in ultrasound. But some problems can develop at relatively late age of the baby. Please start folic acid and discuss the issue in a meeting with neurologist, gynaecologist and your family being present.

Addwize tablet will not help in either autism or in epilepsy. Its a medication prescribed for a condition known as attention deficiency hyperactive disorder (ADHD); autism needs specific behavior modification training & medications like phenytoin, valproate are given to control epilepsy. Good Luck

There are two types of treatment for migraine. One is for immediate pain relief. The medicine you are taking are meant for immediate pain relief. The other type of medicine are to prevent migraine and have be taken on long term basis.These may bo propranolol,sibelium, valproate topiramate and they have to be individualised.
