I dont know whats happening with me.I have been betrayed twice third time if i will be i will get depressed completly.Sometimes even if do correct things people speak different things about,even though i am truth parents dont believe me,dey dont only trust me .I have gone mad.I feel like hurting myself,because noone understands me.What should i do?

You need to relax. Dont react immediately to any thing. Always think and act.
You may Start on tab Fluoxetene 20mg daily morning and Sodium valproate 500mg at night for 10 days and l will review or call me.

My wife 55 years old and is suffering from bipolar disorder. She was initiall treated with lithium. She had depression 3 years later and was treated with fluoxetine and topiramide for about one year. Subsequently she has been treated with desvenlafaxine and lomotrigene. She is still taking lamotrigen 100 mg daily. Risperidone was tried twice but she had allergic rash and was discontinued. Present problem is severe irritability, she is disturbed by everything she hears - she feels as if others are speaking to her in a taunting manner and to humiliate her. Even if someone praises her husband she implies that the remark was to make her feel inferior. She is all the time tense and agitated, shouting for no reason and she does not get much sleep at night. She refuses to consult a psychiatrist now. Please advise.

Just start with tab sodium valproate 500 mg at night and tab trapex 2 mg at night. Report after 2 weeks.

the child seems to be getting two many anti epileptics (generally more than two are not required- he is getting levera, epsolin, valproate. The problem, diagnosis has not been mentioned not is any history so its difficult for me.

Epilepsy is a chronic disease, and it needs medicines for a long time. This would keep seizures under control. Shivering can be a side effect of medication too such as sodium valproate.

There is a chance of valproate causing your tremors, kindly consult your doctor and report the same. If required, doctor will suggest you an alternative medication.

I don't have sense of time and I wasted last 5 years thinking why am I so careless and lazy and started feeling low about myself. I was previously patient of depression and treated for that but in a row I become patient of chronic procrastination I think. I don't bath for week though I use to live very hygienically. I am treated with valporic acid by my doctor and I feel frustrated with each and every day as I am not doing anything just distracting myself into something else. You don't need to be so helpless. Sodium valproate is a good medication for epilepsy control, though it takes some tome to start action. The dose of sodium valproate may need supervised changes and may need add on medications at times for control of seizures. Consult a neurophysician for the same. Also a brain imaging like MRI scan might be useful to rule out possible causes of uncontrolled seizures at his age.
