There are various causes of red eye
However most common will be conjunctivitis
Start eye drops vigamox 6 times a day
Eye drops genteal four times a day

However other causes like glaucoma,uveitis ,keratitis has to be rule out, so consult ophthalmologist urgently

Yesterday night when I was sleeping I got some kind of dust in my eyes. So I rubbed off few times and went back to sleep. When I woke up in the morning. My left eye was bulged and reddish. There is no irritation and I can see clearly too but my eye was bulged. I did nothing the whole day and the bulgeness reduced but still my eye Is reddish. What should I do?

This could be due to viral conjunctivitis
Try
A.Use two handkerchiefs (one for each eye)
B. Use moxigram LX eyedrop 6 times daily along with lubricating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears
It may take 2 weeks for resolution.
This is provisional diagnosis. Kindly consult local ophthalmologist.

If you have the diacharge of yellow coler then u shold go for moxifloxacin eye drops 5 times a day.
Its a self limting conjuctivitis infection .Ll clear with a week and take leave from work for 3 days at least.

It can be conjunctivitis. Use mflotos (moxifloxacin) eye drops 5 to 6 times a day for a week. If no improvement consult local doctor.

Use gatifloxacin eye ointment 2 times a day, moxifloxacin/ gatifloxacin eye drops 4 times a day and any over the counter lubricating eye drops. Give it about a week. You should be fine.
