Basically red eye can be due to conjunctivitis, uveitis or glaucoma. The ophthalmologist will be able to differentiate to come to a proper conclusion so you must see the ophthalmologist but in the mean time if there is discharge one should put antibiotic drop frequently. If the red eye is due to conjunctivitis certainly it will do no harm. I suggest to put' vigamox' eye drop hourly alongwith hot fumentation and consultant ophthalmologist.

Eyelid twitching is due to abnormal functioning of basal ganglia, a part of brain responsible for controlling the brain. Other eye conditions may cause twitching which includes blepharitis, dry eye and conjunctivitis. For dry eye you can try refresh liquigel 5 to 6 times regularly for few days and if you don't get relief, you should consult a neurologist. For watering you may use vigamox eye drops 5-6 times & if you don't get relief, you should consult ophthmologist.

Not serious at all. Do not keep touching the eye wit hand/cloth. If pus is white just clean it off, if yellow and eye is sticky use Ciplox eye drops 3 times a day.
