Table vertin is vestibular sedative ,it's taken for acute episode of virtigo ,it is not helpful for tinnitus, usually taken for 1 weeks to 2 weeks, for better understanding of your complaints vertigo, type,cause of it and treatment kindly take online appointment.

It's not necessarily vertigo, please check with your bp, vision and sugars as well. And vertin is not the treatment it's yes right said adaptation. You might be having middle ear infection or something else either. You have some physical activities which might help you bear with your giddiness

Stemetil md can be taken in the cause of a very severe and emergent vertigo not letting you go around normal. But the definitive treatment for vertigo is to find out the cause for vertigo and treat the cause. Vertin for vertigo is like paracetamol for fever. They do not address the root cause.
