I suggest you don't use cinnarizine as I causes sedation that does not allow the body's compensatory mechanisms to heal you! please meet an ent surgeon or a neurophysician who specialises in treating balance disorders to examine you to reach a diagnosis as to the cause of your vertigo first and then treat the cause.
