It's unlikely for a small cell carcinoma of the cervix to reach the throat. It would be a good idea to do a PETCT scan to assess the extent of the disease. Small cell tumours are very aggressive and difficult to treat. If the disease is localised on petct, then surgery can be attempted.

you said yor one ovary is already removed surgically and you recieved chxemotherapy also.
Are you getting yor periods regularily? genrally after chemo there are chances of ovarian failured or insufficiency
which can be confrmed by usg -tvs and few hormonal tests in case of ovarian failure or insufficiency you can opt for ivf pregnancy with ovum donation

Hello Mr. Your mother has been treated appropriately as per the guidelines. There are no medicines to avoid recurrence. She just needs to have a healthy diet, moderate exercise and most importantly a regular follow up and clinical evaluation by her treating oncologist. That is the way ca cervix is handled. Good luck!

These symptoms cant be justified for recurring of the cancer unless we examine or by doing an imaging study.It can also be due to the body's weakness of undergoing chemo radiotherapy. she might have back pain and bone due to the same. consult your doctor if the pain is intolerable

The description you are giving looks like its a meniere's disease. But you need to be examined once and treatment would be to take betahistine.

First opinion is better, but change clonotril with fludac 20mg, it will give better response & removes mild to moderate ataxia as reported with tia pt.
