Yes rabies virus can be seen in vaginal fluids if she is symptomatic , however if vaccination has been taken then she should not be shedding virus. You should nevertheless take vaccination to be on a preventive side.

There is no effect of cold on the vaccination and you need not take the disease again for the dog bite while taking the course of vaccination.

Kindly vaccinate with 5 doses day 1, 3, 7, 14, 28.
Human rabies immunoglobulin should also be taken as dog in not vaccinated.

Better not to give. Better to give either on the same day or 4 weeks apart for the maximal effect.
