No need to take Antipsychotic in 1 st episode of ocd...it can be treated only one SSRI except Resistant ocd or more then two episode.

Olanzapine is contraindicated in diabetics. So stop it. Give a wash out period to drug for 7 days. Report after7 days till then take tab clonazepam 0.5 mg 1 in the morning and 2 at night.

Olanzapine is not safe to be given during lactation. You either change the medicine or shift the child to formulae feed. It will be good for child.

I am not sure that you have followed up with your doctor recently. You seem to be on a low dose of Olanzapine. Probably you may need a mood stabiliser (if you are diagnosed as Schizoaffective Disorder) or an antidepressant in addition. Please consult your psychiatrist.
