Give her syrup calpol (250) 5ml three times a day
syrup emeset 6 ml three times a day
try n give her as much liquids as possible. If fever not better over next two days get in touch with doctor again.

vomiting may be due food eat by road side. but eye red may be eye flu. take tab. emeset -4 mg sos. tab. lcz once a day after meal. use eye drop genty 1 to 2 drops twice a day. if symptoms persist again consult near by doctor for physically examination.

you have head injury pl. take tab. emeset4 mg sos. tab. crocin 500 mg sos. and checkup c.t. scan or mri brain/head and go to hospital for best treatment. because it is not good sign after head injury.
