I have undergo upper endoscopy and my result is corporal gastritis ,bulbar erosive dudeonitis and body inflamed what is the solution and it can be cured. I am taking medicine for this but I exercising bone pain .what is the solution. I was taking medicine for 4 months for ulcer. But my ulcer not cured well.

Hi Sir, I need your help, I have a varicocele of grade 3 in lower part of left testis from last month I am taking gb-29 capsule for neuropathic pain, and my right scrotal is empty due to torsion surgery in 2016, so right scrotal is empty and now I am suffering from varicocele of grade 3 in left scrotal? So what I have do in this situation? Allopathic Dr. Told me about operation but there is no chances for consistency flow of sperm after operation will done? So what I have do? Any suggestion?
