Take 2bacoline patch 14mg/24hrs.U use it over ur back. This will be for one day. U have to use daily after bath and remove next day before bath. Along with take tab champix.

Tab buprenorphine in prescribed dose of 150, or 300 mg depending on your weight, no of cigarettes consumption, nicotine chewing gums for replacement, there one more drug named as champix you can search about it.

Smoking is a common problem but is easy to quit. A psychiatric assessment followed by treatment with medicines including nicotine replacement therapy alongwith varencline (champix) alongwith self help tips and counselling is all you need to leave smoking in 3 weeks. But perseverence with treatment is the key to permanent relief from thr problem. Get going. Best of luck.

Its sounds good. Your are truly motivated to quit smoking. U should first stop buying cigarette from market. Daily take plenty of fluid. Use 2 bacoline patch. It is used daily for 3 months. And start taking medicine like champix.

Thanks different ways to quit smoking is not a disease. It is a sign or symptom of some underlying unresolved stress which needs to be resolved psychologically till that time 1.
