Hexaxim is a vaccine which has Diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis, (DTaP), Polio, HIB and Hepatitis B components. If cost is not an issue it is a good choice. Otherwise many choices are available without injectable polio vaccine. That is fine too. You can give oral polio vaccine and Pentvac, Easyfive etc. This is half the cost and equally effective. These also contain DPT, HIB and Hepatitis B minus injectable polio.

Hi, I have been going through a nightmare with my body more so my colon over the past year. Back on May 17th of 2017 I was rushed to the hospital due to sepsis shock due to an infection that never showed it self. Lucky I survived, but been having issues since then. Since the infection in May of 2017 I been having unformed stools ranging from very soft to watery. About 30% of my bowel movements have contained blood. Over time they have appeared to be getting more flat and a lot of mucus on the soft ones. I been tested and have chronic disease and ulcerative colitis with diverticulosis. Now keep in mind this has been going on since May of 2017. Now on June/July of 2018 I been on a month long of antibiotics total of 7 different antibiotics and on aspriso. On September 16th of 2018 I went to the ED and had a cat scan done and it came back saying I have a decompress colon with intramural fat deposits throughout. They also did a c-diff test done and tested positive. I was in the hospital for 2 days and on vancomycin 2.5 ml every 6 hours for 10 days. Still having soft/watery stools with blood. On September 21st of 2018 I went back to the hospital where they did blood work and another cat scan. The radiologist has stated “ no acute findings in the abdomen or pelvis to explain patients pain”. But they know I have colitis, chrohns, and diverticulosis. There findings that day he said on the report has shown diverticulosis and also now bilateral uncomplicated fat-containing inguinal hernias. They never tested again for c-diff. I was sent home. On October 3rd of 2018 I went back to the ED at this point the vancomycin has been done and still the same symptoms. They tested for c-diff after I have argued with them. The test camp back positive within 27 min. I’m admitted again. They give me flagyl then vancomycin again. They did urine test and it came back with high protein and RBC but nothing else done with that. Then they did another cat scan that now came back with bowel wall thickening in the sigmoid part of my colon. 2 days later I’m discharged and sent home on a tapering vancomycin. I’m still having bloody soft/watery stools. But now I keep getting “ everything is fine there is nothing wrong”.
