Hi, typhoid will cause certain amount of weakness, which last for 10 days after treatment even. Antibiotics only for the typhoid. So take zincovit syrup and limce tablets and eat protien rich foods like daily egg ,pulses, nuts ,ragma, butter beans. And drinks lots of water and orange juice.

In case of dengue viral fever there is no role of antibiotic. And dolo is very bad brand according to my experience so many times patient compliance that temperature not reduce. Take only paracetamol other brand 650 mg 8 hourly and take aloe vera juice 30 ml tid to increase platelet.
