Myself 37/f unmarried suffering from bp, thyroid, epilepsy and fibroids. I don't want to get operated. Am having heavy periods upto 18 days and its painful for me. please suggest me to shrink my fibroids and stopping periods. Telmikind beta 50 mg, thyronorm 100, encronate chrono 300.

That depends on the size of fibroids . You can consider MRI based melting of Fibroids which is however available in few centres only. Being unmarried, the other options are oral contraceptive or progesterones.

I ate concor 5 mg and epilex chrono cause I suffer heavy anxiety it seems that after then my heart rates goes low every days by 60-68 pulse daily. Is it from which medication that cause me and should I stop from getting those. Some time even 61 pulse, 118/64. Any advise? Daily constipation and headache.

Yes, you can take tab. Frisium almong with valparin chrono, if your seizure recurrence happened in spite of taking valparin regularly even missing a single dose
also avoid sleep deprivation and stress.

I am a JME (Juvenile Mio Epilepsy-Seizure Disorder) patient and taking valparin chrono 500 twice daily. Now I want to conceive and am suggested to take levera 500 and continuously decrease the dose of valparin as valparin is not safe for pregnancy but I came to know from internet that levera is also not safe. Is it? please reply. One more question, if I do not take any neuro medicine during pregnancy and attack happens. Will it harm my baby?

Tab levera (leveteracetum) is safest antiepileptic in pregnancy ,every antiepileptic drug has some degree of teratogenicity ,but leveras is the lowest and teratogenicity of valporate is highest.
Antiepileptics should be taken during pregnancy because epileptic attack during pregnancy is very harmful for the baby.

I am 46 year old name aslam lakhani took valparin chrono since last 20 year as per advice of my doctor once I have stop to take it. But in 2017 I got relapse of epilepsy so I started from 800 mg per day. 300 at morning and 500 at night. Gradually I decrease dose as per Dr. Advise now I take 200 mg in morning and 200 mg at night. Now he told me to take 300 mg at night for life long as I have no seizure from 2017. Then may I start 300 mg for life long. My past was problem of depression. But I am suffering from problem of insomnia since 20 year and I took clonazepam 2 mg every day. Please advise should I move on 300 mg valparin chrono aslam.

Case history. I have been suffering from seizure since I was one year. It first started as febrile seizure and I had been on sodium valproate. I remained seizure free for 3-4 years span when on medication. But after withdrawal of med again I had seizure attack and again started med. This episode continued till 18 years of age. But I discontinued med abruptly and suffered attack then again started med valparin chrono 300 mg twice daily. And further discontinued it. After remain seizure free without medication for 2 years I suffered attack on 16.2.18. Doctor at bangalore prescribed levipil and valparin. I took it for few days and give up med. Then after 2 and 4 months I again suffered attack on 15th of June 2018. I started valparin chrono 300 mg 2 tab at night but few doses again skipped. And I suffered attack on 15th July 2018. The attack was for a brief period 3-4 minutes and I had fever also with tonsillitis. Heavy headache and nausea after attack. And I went to deep sleep. I took levipil and valparin on 15th night.
